WAVV COmmunications
These terms govern the text message program operated by WAVV Communications LLC ("WAVV," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to text messages WAVV sends to you.
They do not govern messages sent by WAVV customers using our products. Those messages are the responsibility of the business that sent them.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from WAVV at the mobile number you provide. Messages are limited to service and account communications: account notifications, billing and payment alerts, security notices, onboarding and setup assistance, demo and meeting confirmations and reminders, and responses to support requests you initiate.
You may opt in by selecting the corresponding unchecked consent checkbox on a WAVV web form at wavv.com. Your consent applies only to messages from WAVV regarding your inquiry, your account, or the message types you selected.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any WAVV product or service. You can reach us at support@wavv.com or through wavv.com without consenting to text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, your interactions with us, and the message types you selected.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges for messages and data are governed by your mobile carrier's rate plan and terms. WAVV does not charge you for receiving these messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will send no further text messages unless you opt in again.

Your participation in this program is governed by the WAVV Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Not all mobile carriers or devices support this program.
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or an authorized user of, the mobile number you provide. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify WAVV promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned to another person.
WAVV may modify or discontinue this messaging program or these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
